Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant I ( AAI ) will serve as a key member of the University Career Center’s Experiential Programs team, providing administrative support for reviewing and approving internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and two years office administration or project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
