We're seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter, MicroGrid Infrastructure (RavenVolt) to join our dynamic team and assist in attracting and retaining top talent to support RavenVolt , an ABM Company. RavenVolt is a leading nationwide provider of grid-interactive turn-key microgrid solutions and utility battery systems utilized by diversified commercial and industrial customers, national retailers, utilities, and municipalities.

This is a Hybrid Work Arrangement (In-office 3 days/week) at ABM’s Electrification Center located in Cumming, GA .

As an ABM Talent Acquisition Recruiter , you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional professionals focused in the electrical infrastructure/microgrid industry. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment life cycle. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring our organization is staffed with the right individuals who can contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop job descriptions.

  • Source, interview, and assess potential candidates to determine their qualifications and suitability for open positions.

  • Build a network of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and referrals.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and trade organizations to tap into emerging talent.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment.

  • Manage recruitment databases and track key performance metrics.

  • Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring candidates are well-informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.

  • Work with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, debriefs, and offer negotiations.

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide feedback, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

  • Assist in developing and implementing onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.

  • Partner and collaborate with Human Resources, Total Rewards/Compensation, TA Leadership, Hiring Managers, and other internal business partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Full cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency), demonstrating successful direct sourcing techniques and effective relationship management skills.

  • Proven experience recruiting for professional positions, preferably in technical (i.e, Microgrids, electrical infrastructure, engineering), corporate functions, facilities management or building/facilities engineering fields.

  • Knowledgeable in full life cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, and assessing candidate skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong attention to detail.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
