Position Details

  • Location: Coupeville, Washington 98239 (Whidbey Island)

  • Pay: $105k-$162k (depending on experience)

  • Shift: Monday-Friday, no weekends or on-call required

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the clinical leader, setting and maintaining standards of care.

  • Oversee operations, ensuring financial goals are met and maintaining strong community partnerships.

  • Promote the program and assist with grant applications to sustain and enhance services.

  • Develop and expand outpatient services, including therapy and medication management programs.

  • Ensure seamless integration of services with other facilities and departments.

  • Manage budgets, billing, and safety protocols.

  • Lead clinic staff, including task assignment, scheduling, time-off approvals, staff development, training, recruitment, retention, performance evaluations, and effective delegation.

Qualifications

  • Background in nursing or a Master's degree in social work or counseling.

  • Preferably holding a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant licenses.

  • At least three years of leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral health.

  • In-depth knowledge of behavioral health programs and regulations.

  • Ability to handle uncertainty and change while maintaining consistency.

  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
