JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description This Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist 2 works with commercial loans by performing daily booking and servicing tasks. They collaborate with Business Relationship Managers and Loan Servicing staff to ensure loans are booked accurately and timely. They process payments, payoffs, renewals, escrows, ticklers, loan files, final titles, liens, and other post-closing loan related items. They conduct assignments to ensure member records are handled according to regulatory requirements. They offer improvements and works on special projects to support properly maintained processes, procedures and systems while contributing to a positive member experience. Expected Outcomes Renewal loans are documented within the core systems making sure that loans are documented accurately and according to regulations and underwriting requirements to maintain a secure loan portfolio. Member records and Loan systems are accurately maintained. Members receive best-in-class loan experience, evident in excellent communication, clear expectations and quality work. Processing of Participation Loan payments and advances are timely and accurately posted to the core systems. Member and Business Relationship Manager requests are resolved accurately and promptly Outstanding Loan ticklers will be managed at an optimal level to clear exceptions Capability Requirements High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) Two or more years of loan system or loan operations experience; or combination of applicable work experience and education. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of people, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Enjoys working with customers and demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, Close attention to detail and accuracy. Maintains the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained. Must be knowledgeable of regulations and follow policies and procedures to assure proper documentation and compliance with regulations.
