The Assistant will help the Lead Teacher implement a quality education program and foster positive relationships with the children and their parents. Additionally, the Assistant Teacher will observe and document the children's interests and progress, sharing this information with parents and Lead Teachers. They are responsible for developing and implementing activities tailored to the children's interests and needs, following the guidance of the Lead Teacher and Director. Assistant Teachers must be able to communicate effectively, listen attentively, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

This is a daycare position that will require caring for, feeding, changing, and interacting with children.
