Join us! With this role you have the unique opportunity to play a crucial part of the exciting evolution in our Global Customer Experience department (GCX) at our HQ in Copenhagen.

Your new role

Your main mission is to steer our change management and communication activities, being in charge of the application and oversight of our change management and internal communication strategies, while supporting the evolution of our organization.

You will work closely with senior leaders and various partners throughout the headquarter and affiliate locations, aiming to uncover engaging narratives and resources that enhance the key messaging and facilitates the advancement of Lundbeck’s approach to customer engagement.

You will report to the Head of Customer Engagement and integrate into a vibrant Customer Engagement Experience Department, focusing on teamwork with global colleagues to improve our customer experiences and aid Affiliates in making a market impact.

In this role you will:

  • Construct and carry out internal change & communication strategies and tactics aimed at bolstering organization-wide awareness, facilitating employee understanding and motivation for change.

  • Develop and train change ambassadors within the senior leadership and equip them with impactful change management frameworks.

  • Support HQ and Affiliates with communication materials and tools kits to support and cascade communication.

  • Create written, visual, and multimedia content that effectively communicates key information ensuring alignment and consistent use of messaging, voice, and visual identity across all communication channels.

  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand the target audience's preferences, needs, and behaviors and use these insights to tailor impactful communication efforts.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies and use data to make informed adjustments as needed.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership in HQ and affiliates, marketing, public relations, corporate communication and other functions as requiredleadership, to align communication efforts with broader organizational goals.

  • Actively promote best practice sharing in meetings and/or designated forums, leveraging on synergies, experiences, and learnings in affiliates to accelerate and foster understanding and adoption of new ways of working.

What you bring to the team

You have experience in a comparable position within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Technology sector and possess over eight years of experience in directing communication and change management projects, collaborating with high-level executives.

In addition, you have:

  • English fluency

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in communication roles or similar in the pharmaceutical/biotech or medical device industry.

  • Other marketing, operational, commercial and/or global experience.

  • Comprehensive written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in crafting messages for different platforms and audiences.

  • Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.

  • Knowledge of internal communication tools, platforms, and a proficiency in using various multimedia tools for content creation.

  • Analytical skills to assess the impact of communication efforts and strategic thinking to align communication with organizational goals.

  • An ability to resonate with and understand people across the organizational hierarchy, include thos in senior management positions.
