National Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager within the Retail department, you are responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships with our retail partners. You identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our presence within key retail accounts, ensuring that our products are effectively positioned to meet the needs of both the retailer and the end consumer.

The KAM position requires a hunter mentality and a proven track record of doing business with key retail customers.

You inspire customers throughyour passion for plant-rich food, knowledge,listening skills and persuasiveness to start working more plant-rich.You include the internal organization in your plans.You are a builder with vision and you take initiative.You close dealsin a creative way in which you showcourage and build and expand the relationshipwith customers and prospects.

You work closely with colleagues from other departments such as finance, supply chain and marketing. You are responsible for the retail market and it is up to you to serveand acquire existing and especially new accounts. You will be part of the Sales team andreport directly to the Sales Manager Retail Nordic.The Nordic office is located in Lyskær 3 CD, 2730 Herlev.

Responsibilities: What do you do?

  • Putting our customers first:what do they find important and how can you help, relieve and grow them on behalf of Bonduelle;

  • Customer Focus;solution selling within the Danish retail environment;

  • Translating trends and developments within the plant-rich food category intocollaboration with Danish retail customers;

  • Negotiating the yearly agreementswith retail customers;

  • Monitoring objectives and maintaining efficient records regard visits, budgets, forecast, account plans and other relevant information;

  • Deliver the budgetand implement our strategy in terms of growth, marketshares, profitability and other set KPI's.

Competencies

  • Understanding and/or experience with retail operations, merchandising principles, and customer behavior;

  • Entrepreneurial, eagerness and commercial savviness;

  • Strong communication skills: Inspire, Influence and Convince;

  • Is a networker and has strong analytical skills.

We are looking for a colleague who:

  • Has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus;

  • Proven experience (at least 3 years) in key account management or sales within the retail industry in Denmark, with a track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships;

  • Is fluent in Danish and has a good command of English (spoken and written);

  • Is result driven and customer focused.
