This individual will proactively develop and sustain relationships with key administrators, faculty and staff at Arkansas Community Colleges, creating new 2+2 transfer agreement pathways for targeted prospective student populations, where appropriate, for enrollment growth.\ This individual will oversee the execution of the overall recruitment strategy, working collaboratively with Admissions, Strategic Communications, University Marketing and Communications, and Academic Advising to ensure that the UCA story is being told in an efficient and effective manner to our target audiences.\ This individual will be responsible for data collection related to the success of recruitment initiatives undertaken by the department as well.\ \ Job Duties and Responsibilities * Supervise the Assistant Director of Onboarding and Advising, Assistant Director of UCA Online, and Recruiter staff\ \ * Work closely with the Director to develop and refine a comprehensive strategy to recruit prospective Transfer and Readmit students to UCA\ \ * Execute the overall recruitment strategy, tracking data tied to each initiative undertaken to engage prospective Transfer and Readmit students\ \ * Proactively develop and sustain relationships with key administrators, faculty and staff from Arkansas Community College partners, with the goal of providing increasingly excellent service for, and gaining greater access to, prospective Transfer and Readmit students\ \ * Create new 2+2 Transfer Agreements with specific Arkansas Community College partners to serve targeted populations poised to boost Transfer and Readmit student enrollment growth at UCA\ \ * Collaborate with the Director of Strategic Communications on the creation and timely delivery of targeted recruitment communications through Slate\ \ * Work cooperatively with University Marketing and Communications to update existing and/or create new recruitment materials for distribution\ \ * Partner with Admissions to refine and improve on-campus recruitment events and ensure adequate Ambassador staff assistance for guests\ \ * Prepare and analyze reports using data from various sources to communicate transfer and readmit student needs\ \ * Comprehensively advise for all undergraduate majors and minors for admitted transfer and readmit students\ \ *Utilize Navigate to communicate with admitted transfer and readmit students who have not yet registered for classes\ \ * Provide creative insight for best practices in marketing to transfer and readmit student populations in collaboration with colleagues within the department and across campus\ \ * Participate in the development of publications and communications designed to reach and engage prospective transfer and readmit students\ \ *Participate in and provide support for the on-campus recruitment events designed to assist prospective transfer and readmit students in their transition to UCA\ \ * Other duties as assigned by the Director\ \ Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures. Knowledge of program planning, monitoring, and evaluation techniques. Ability to plan work unit objectives and operational activities and to assign and direct the work of subordinate supervisors. Ability to interpret and apply applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Ability to evaluate operational effectiveness and compliance. Ability to prepare and present verbal and written information. Ability to develop and implement goals, objectives, guidelines, policies and procedures. Ability to communicate with a diverse group of employees and with the pu lic. Required Education and/or Experience

- - A Bachelors Degree required - Minimum of two (2) years experience in Higher Education - Demonstrated abilities to work collaboratively with other personnel - Well-developed capabilities in strategic planning, problem-solving, attention to detail, and task completion - Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills

Preferred Education and/or Experience

Masters Degree in Higher Education or related field

Experience working in university admissions or student services

Proven personal record of successful recruitment strategies

Knowledge of strategic student recruitment, prospect management processes, and metrical evaluations as they relate to university
