DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Position Title: Content Marketing Analyst (P3)

Role As a Content Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping and advancing our content strategy to increase market awareness, generate demand, accelerate our pipeline and grow sales. As the content champion, you'll be passionate about understanding the buyer lifecycle and strategically aligning content against it to drive conversion. You will apply your skill set against a variety of business outcomes, like driving leads for sales, increasing customer retention and driving expansion within existing accounts. Essential Job Functions  * Envision, imagine and build a content strategy in partnership with third-party agencies to define the role of content across our marketing ecosystem. Includes how it helps us achieve our integrated marketing goals, principles for extending the strategy into our channels, and the governance that manages it.  * Continually build and drive our content engine, creating a process for consistently producing high-quality content pieces that align with what our buyers are looking for based on moment in the lifecycle or behavioral triggers.  * Work with multiple cross-functional partners to develop content from discovery and intake to brief development and activation creation.  * Collaborate with other content authors and design teammates who work on the website, social media, campaign or other materials.  * Support establishing KPIs for content strategies to optimize spend, track performance and ultimately measure ROI.  * Demonstrated excellence writing clean, concise, well-polished copy that fits in line with brand voice and tone while meeting digital marketing best practices.  * Understanding of existing and emerging trends, best practices and new technologies - includes digital channels like email marketing, paid advertising, and SEO.

Education/Certifications  * BS/BA required in Marketing, Business or Communications-related field

Experience/Minimum Requirements  * 5+ years of overall experience in a business environment  * 3-5+ years of content marketing experience, B2B preferred  * Demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing a content strategy  * Experience working with large teams across multiple organizations  * Proficiency in Microsoft tools - Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Word  * Familiarity with modern marketing including demand-generation, digital marketing channels, brand and marketing strategy, MarCom technology stack and tools

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Tuesday through Thursday.  On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from th office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
