Job Title: Production Operator (2nd Shift)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator for our 2nd shift to contribute to our dry department operations. The role involves various tasks including loading sacks, preparing shipments, and assisting in the Filler Department.

Responsibilities

• Fill in the dry department.

• Load 50lb sacks.

• Prepare shipments for delivery.

• Assist in the Filler Department.

• Pack sacks of flour onto pallets.

• Get pallets ready for delivery.

• Wrap pallets.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general labor and production.

• Ability to lift 50lbs throughout the day.

• Experience in stocking and loading.

• Proficiency in packaging and inspection.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Background in manufacturing.

Work Environment

This position is based in a commercial bakery environment, which is clean and well-maintained. The role requires physical stamina to handle loading tasks and lifting heavy sacks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Compton, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $20.20/hr.
