Robert Half Management Resources is currently searching for a Sales Audit Supervisor to support a retail industry client based in Dublin, Ohio. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, with the chance to manage a team within the sales audit department. The Sales Audit Supervisor will be responsible for various accounting functions, utilizing leadership skills to guide the team, and ensuring the efficient operation of sales audit processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the sales audit team and ensure efficient operation

• Lead the month-end close procedure

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for various tasks

• Handle accounts receivable (AR) and ensure accuracy

• Conduct auditing procedures regularly

• Carry out reconciliations and verify their accuracy

• Prepare and review journal entries

• Deliver exceptional customer service when resolving customer inquiries

• Leverage leadership skills to effectively manage and develop the team.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for managing financial data and transactions.

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions to ensure accurate financial management and reporting.

• Expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure prompt payment and accurate record keeping.

• Experience in Auditing to ensure compliance with financial regulations and identify any discrepancies.

• Strong skills in Reconciliations to ensure all financial transactions are accounted for and discrepancies resolved.

• Ability to prepare accurate Journal Entries for financial transactions and events.

• Experience in Month End Close procedures to ensure all financial information is updated and accurate for reporting purposes.

• Excellent Customer Service skills to interact with clients and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

• Strong Leadership Skills to guide and manage the sales audit team effectively.
