The Product Manager-Senior has responsibility for the design, development, and commercialization of our client integration (e.g. file transmissions) & information reporting solutions (e.g. account reconciliation reports)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain client-to-bank integration systems & technical documents all Bank-connectivity including file transfer / transmissions standards
Improve & Simplify client integration process – e.g. through standardizing available integration options
Drive VOC to define and prioritize Information reporting needs (e.g. account reconciliation, real-time status reports)
Work with Digital/tech teams to delivery new Information reporting capabilities
Drives go-to-market strategy including product marketing content
Own P&L for Information reporting and client integrations
Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years experience in Commercial payment, Treasury Management especially in client integration functions (e.g. APIs, File transfers/transmissions)
2+ years experience designing/ building Data reporting solutions in Banking & payments
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience improving client integrations especially processes using File transfers
Possess strong understanding and experience with Integrated Payments, EDI, BAI, SWIFT, SFTP as well as standard industry payment origination file formats such as EDI, ISO20022, flat file, Nacha Fedwire, open text etc.
Experience with information reporting modules within Online Banking systems
Experience in project planning and management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Exceptional analytical abilities, critical thinking, and creative problem solving
Proven written and oral communication skills including senior leadership presentation
Must be savvy and passionate about driving results and innovation

Compensation Range:
$100,000 - $115,000 Annual Draw (reconciled against earned incentive compensation
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
