Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
Responsible for various activities associated with the continuous flow of production into or out of equipment or processes by using finger dexterity to carefully handle production parts in order to maintain the integrity of the parts being handled. This position is also responsible for various activities associated with the continued quality assurance of in-process or finished goods products by visually or dimensionally inspecting various products.

Why Work Here?
After 90 days, all employees will receive a $1 increase at their conversion to full-time status. At six months of active service, employees will receive a $550 bonus. Insurance is provided at the start of the month following full-time Date of Hire (DOH). Both HSA and PPO plans are offered. Employees will receive pro-rated vacation based on their start date upon conversion to full-time status. There is a $75 monthly perfect attendance bonus, and personal days are earned based on quarterly perfect attendance. The company offers a 401K with a matching 50% (up to 6% maximum), company-paid life insurance, and company-paid short-term disability. Employees receive a $2.00 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Company-paid uniforms are provided after conversion, and a safety shoe/glass voucher is available after the probationary period is complete.
Work Environment
The work environment is in a manufacturing setting, which may be hot during the summer due to furnaces. The available shifts are: 1st shift (7am - 3:30pm), 2nd shift (2pm - 10:30pm), and 3rd shift (11pm - 7:30am).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
