As an experienced Product Manager, you'll have a strong understanding on how to enable products throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader who will be able to guide complex deals through the customer lifecycle and ultimately productize the offerings. You'll have a driven personality and a can-do attitude with a focus on priorities to drive results. Responsibilities Lead our commercial and carrier transport product portfolios including wavelengths, dark fiber, and related technologies Performs all other duties as assigned Communicate project scope, open items, and issues / risks to the leadership team Proven ability to identify and resolve conflicts and roadblocks within project process Develop and launch new products and features Direct continuous product discovery, market research, and competitor research?to keep up-to-date on product trends and offerings Lead product owner team priorities for agile and scrum methodologies Collaborate with product operations, engineering, technology, service delivery, marketing and others to implement product strategy and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives Drive and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance and make product decisions based on data Create product tools and training for sales enablement Set standard pricing and packaging for commercial and carrier products Execute product strategies and policies while guiding product management practices and standards Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy and work with cross-functional team leaders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus 7+ years managing hyperscale transport solutions such as wavelengths, dark fiber, dedicated wavelengths, data center interconnections, and similar technologies.
