Primary responsibilities include:
Take road counts of U-Haul equipment at a specified highway or street area.
Take road counts of all competitor vehicles and equipment at a specified area for data collection.
Keep accurate list of different sizes and quantity of U-HAUL® equipment as well as competitor’s equipment.
Compute total counts by competitor, type, and size of equipment.
Keep an accurate list of different sizes and quantity of U-Haul equipment as well as our competitor’s equipment including trucks, trailers, towing equipment, and portable self-storage vehicles.
Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record to operate commercial motor vehicles.
Adhere to all local, state, and federal vehicular regulations while driving.
Concentrate mentally and physically on the task at hand.
Education/Training:High School Diploma or equivalentWork Environment:The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., varied temperatures, sun exposure, working near traffic.Physical Demands:The work requires driving to specified location and sitting for extended periods of time.
