Job Summary:
The Talent Onboarding Specialist is responsible for helping to ensure that new EquipmentShare employees have everything they need on Day 1 and have an engaging first 30, 60, and 90 days in role to help drive engagement and retention. The Talent Onboarding Specialist will create relationships with cross-functional teams to help manage Onboarding Program needs and help drive accountability across the organization. Overall, the Talent Onboarding Specialist supports the Manager, Employee Experience in fostering a supportive, collaborative, and People-First onboarding environment where New Hires have what they need to be successful quickly.
Primary Responsibilities
Support New Hire Onboarding Programs.
Work with New Hires before and after onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into EquipmentShare culture.
Coordinate cross-functional tasks leveraging project management and internal communication tools.
Create and maintain cross-functional relationships.
Help create and maintain Onboarding process and planning documentation.
Coordinate and help facilitate New Hire Orientations and training sessions.
Serve as the initial point of contact for Onboarding issues.
Help resolve Onboarding issues promptly and efficiently.
Send and pull reports on New Hire Onboarding.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to work independently
Ability to prioritize and manage time appropriately
Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
Ability to use project management tools such as Monday.com and Google Sheets
Ability to monitor issues and escalate to the appropriate accountable party
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, new hires, and cross-functional teams
Ability to identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement
Ability to learn how to use company systems and tools
Ability to deliver amazing customer service to New Hires
Previous coordinator experience preferred
Previous employee onboarding preferred
Previous project management experience preferred
