Job Title: Program Coordinator Location: Columbia, Missouri Department: Adult Housing Services Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

As a Program Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Adult Housing program, providing direct supervision to Residential Specialists and ensuring shift coverage and appropriate programming. You will also participate in the ongoing assessment and treatment of each client, providing individualized assistance and crisis resolution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Oversee the day-to-day operation of therapeutic interventions at assigned Adult Housing locations · Provide direct supervision to all Residential Specialists and ensure shift coverage and appropriate programming · Complete all required documentation in required timeframes and monitor team members' completion of required documentation · Manage and account for all System funds and accounts for assigned program location · Provide individual assistance/oversight to all residents in following prescribed medication regimen · Ensure all required training for residential staff is current and documented

    Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related field · OR working toward a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years completed plus related experience which may be substituted for education on a year-for-year equivalent basis

    Additional Qualifications:

    · Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals · Ability to write routine reports and correspondence · Ability to communicate effectively before groups of residents, employees of the organization, family members, and other contacts in the community
