Description: Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) is looking for an experienced Program Security Representative to deliver Mission First results! The successful candidate will develop, implement, administer security policy and procedures to support C4ISR mission objectives.

Successful candidate should understand Industrial Security regulations and the applicable Federal Security regulatory guidance consistent with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM).

Candidate must be able to work with in a high-stress, fast-paced, multi-program environment.

Develop and conduct security education and training programs.

Support all Security related disciplines to include Personnel Security (PERSEC); Security Education; Classification Management, while utilizing the requirements set forth in the applicable DoD Guidance.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Must have a Final Clearance

2. Knowledge of Security requirements and Operations Security (OPSEC)

3. DoD National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), 32 CFR, NISS

4. Works well independently and in group settings

5. Excellent written, verbal, and customer interface skills.

6. Ability to multi-task and remain organized; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products.

7. Proficient in SIMS and DISS management

8. Scheduling and coordination skills

9. Demonstrated record of ability to work up, down and across the organization.

Desired Skills:

1. Certificates and/or experience in Personnel Security

2. Have excellent communication skills to include verbal and written, as well as seasoned professional with tact and diplomacy being key.

5. Be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently, as well as make significant contributions in a team environment.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Top Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $55,100 - $105,800 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
