Unleash Your Joy! Felsburg Holt and Ullevig (FHU) is looking for a Marketing and Proposal Intern to join our Marketing and Creative Communications (MC2) group. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, proposal writing, and creative communications while working with a collaborative team of professionals. You will support FHU’s offices, helping to promote the positive impact FHU has on employees, clients, and communities.

This internship will provide real-world experience in a fast-paced environment where you’ll work on meaningful projects. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the development, layout, and production of marketing proposals, client presentations, and promotional materials

• Supporting content creation for FHU’s digital marketing, social media channels, and website

• Helping to update and maintain the company’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) databases with project and client information

• Assisting in planning and supporting marketing events, campaigns, conferences, and outreach activities

• Collaborating with the marketing team to support various projects that align with company goals and brand identity

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines

• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute

• Experience or coursework in technical writing, communications, or marketing preferred

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe In Design (Adobe Creative Suite preferred) Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with social media management, WordPress, or graphic design

• Interest in proposal writing and business development
