Job description

The HR People Experience Leader is responsible for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical people standards. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The HR PEL works with restaurant leaders to set the restaurant’s people goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals. A HR PEL is required to have some flexibility in their schedule to be able to have touch points with people on different shifts at the restaurants.

To meet our people goals, the HR People Experience Lead doesn’t work alone. He or she works with a team of leaders that have specific responsibilities in the restaurant. This means helping the General Managers to set their own goals, follow up on their progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve the restaurant’s performance.

Ideal candidates should have previous Human Resources experience with proven results in hiring, training, turnover, talent development, employment laws and the development of policies and procedures. A background in quick-service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation.
