DESCRIPTION OF WORK The role of Clerical Assistant 3 involves providing clerical, timekeeping, and office support in a designated department at the department of corrections (DOC) SCI Phoenix. The role entails performing administrative tasks to assist with timekeeping functions using the systems, applications & products in data processing (SAP) system, typing documents, maintaining filing systems, archiving records, compiling office activity records, and coordinating workflow for smooth office operations. This position demands a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, requiring a comprehensive understanding of the institution's organization, objectives, rules, regulations, and internal/external policies and procedures.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (commonwealth title); or One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
