This job order is for a temporary/seasonal position in: (Colbert, OK.)

Title: Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery, and Greenhouse

Dates of Contract: 02/15/2025-11/30/2025

Schedule: Monday-Saturday 7:00am-6:00pm 10 hrs per day.

Duties: Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2092 Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery, and Greenhouse such as: Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Set up, repair, maintain, and operate irrigation equipment and tracks; Inform farm managers of crop progress; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery such as cutter, forklift, harvester to fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such as wheat, turf; Load agricultural products into trucks without over or underfilling bed or trailer; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Regulate conditions; Use power and manual hand tools to fashion and maintain pallets for storing sod; Communicate with crew lead and office for daily quantities nee

Requirements: Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. . Lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $15.55
