The Service Engineer is someone who has a passion for success — on the job and beyond with a drive to complete a job to a high standard. Managing expectations is crucial so having strong interpersonal skills is crucial when taking care of Customers. They are open to developing and being challenged, thrives under pressure and continually seek to improve.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Install and commission new Videojet solutions

• Maintain and Service Videojet’s customers base of Videojet equipment

• Work closely with sales to support Videojet trials and demonstrations

• Maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent customer service

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering would be a plus but not essential.

• Field service experience in an electronic/mechanical/electrical/engineering industry would be desirable.

• Experience on Inkjet, CIJ, TTO, LPA, LCM and laser coding would be a plus but we urge you to apply even if you do not have this experience.
