The Basics: As a member of Tanium's Brand and Corporate Marketing team, the Web Operations Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Web Experience, and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of www.tanium.com. The ideal candidate is experienced in working with enterprise websites, understands technical SEO and web analytics, and takes a process-driven approach to web production. This is a hybrid position, which will require in person attendance several days each week in one of the following locations: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA. What you'll do:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Tanium websites
• Manage weekly web production tasks
• Partner with the Web team, agency and UX on web projects
• Work with the Web and Content teams to improve organic search rankings by implementing SEO best practices
• Recommend site improvements based on data and conversion optimization best practices
• Regularly scan and test the website for cross browser compatibility and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
• Develop and maintain web SOPs and training documentations
• Establish and own process on website tagging, tracking and analytics, leveraging tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity
