OMJ Cleveland|Cuyahoga County is sourcing a Shop Key Holder for a local non-profit organization.   Reports to: Shop Manager Position responsibilities:

• work on site leading shop sales and material donation activities
• oversees shop team activities
• handle the administrative and managerial duties of running the shop in the evening
• shifts
• make sure the store is fully stocked with the correct/updated amount of merchandise
• adjust the store layout to display in-demand items and/or run promotions
• develop strategies to meet sales targets and plan promotions to attract business
• evaluate and supervise shop team,
• address issues and concerns with shop team and/or customers about inventory, equipment, pricing, etc.
• provide excellent customer service including supporting customers with high-level needs
• run sales reports and record information about income and inventory levels
• balance the register and maintain consistent sales procedures
• staff community events and support other team members

• strong organizing skills and natural ability to process materials and group them together

• ability to ask for support when needed/deputize support from volunteers or co-workers

Schedule: flexible 15-20 hours/week  Physical Requirements:

• be able to carry boxes/bags of materials from donors' cars to the donation processing area
• frequently lift up to 40 lbs.
• lift, place, and arrange items on shelves and racks
• bend down and reach above head
• climb and descend stairs/ladders
• stand and move around storefront for duration of an entire 6-hour shift (other than normal breaks
