• Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, business administration, or a related field; or not less than 20 years of direct auditing experience within aerospace industry with a significant experience as a lead auditor at business unit levels or within a certification granting registrar (e.g. BSI, BV, DNV, etc)
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management, quality assurance, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with AS/ISO standards (AS9100, AS13100) and regulatory compliance (FAA/EASA) and special process (NADCAP) oversight.
• Experience conducting internal and external audits.
• Meet travel requirements

The Quality Management Systems (QMS) Senior Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's quality management system to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company objectives. The role involves overseeing quality assurance processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence.
