Below are some details about the position:

• BENEFITS: YES

• PAY: $38-43an hour depending on experience

• SCHEDULE/ENVIRONMENT: On-site, up to 75% Travel. Paid for overtime, travel, and reimbursed for travel expenses. Travel is usually 3 days at a time but could go up to 2 weeks (not very common). In total, 2-3 weeks out of the month of travel. Travelling throughout the U.S. and sometimes to Mexico and Canada.

Description:

• Installs new or modified equipment at customer's facility

• Reviews performance reports and documentation from customers and field representatives

• Analyzes review and inspection findings to determine source of problem, and recommends repair, replacement, or other corrective action.

• Coordinates problem resolution with engineering

• Provides on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.

• Analyzes reports of technical problems to determine trends affecting future design, production, service, and processes

• Develops service handbooks and bulletins based on field investigations and engineering changes

• Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer.

  MUST HAVES:

• 3 years plus of previous field service experience

• Electrical experience- commercial

• Ability to read blueprints

• Knowledge of electrical wiring and Conduit Requirements.

• Understanding of sensors and operating mechanisms

• Previous experience troubleshooting motors

NICE TO HAVES:

• Associates or Bachelor's in Engineering

• Electrical and Mechanical experience

• Conveyer experience

• Hydraulics

• PLC, HMI programming
