Fun Town RV Body Shop Manager -RV in Cleburne, Texas

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Body Shop Manager with a strong background in the RV industry to lead and oversee our body shop operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing repair processes, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining profitability, and fostering a positive team environment. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage workflow efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee all body shop operations, including damage assessments, repair processes, and quality control.

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise body shop technicians, estimators, and other support staff.

  • Work Scheduling: Manage work assignments and ensure timely completion of repairs to meet customer expectations.

  • Repair Quality Assurance: Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and company quality expectations.

  • Customer Service: Communicate with customers regarding repair status, estimates, and completion timelines, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Vendor & Insurance Coordination: Work with insurance companies, suppliers, and vendors to secure approvals and manage parts inventory.

  • Financial Oversight: Maintain profitability by controlling costs, improving efficiency, and increasing revenue through effective workflow management.

  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and implement new processes to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Requirements

Required:

  • 5+ years of collision experience with body shop management, with at least 2 years in the RV industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Experience with estimating software and insurance claims processing.

  • Knowledge of fiberglass repair, aluminum structure repair, and RV bodywork.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

  • Understanding of OSHA and safety compliance regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with RV manufacturers, dealerships, or large-scale repair facilities.

  • Certification in collision repair or relevant trade school training.

  • Familiarity with RV-specific damage assessment tools and techniques.
