Job Summary

Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments as an entry level professional. Develops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems. Typically requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support various Property Management Outcomes, including but not limited to: Acquisition, Receipt, Receiving and Identification, Relief of Stewardship, Records, Utilization, Physical Inventory, Maintenance, Closeout and Subcontractor Control.

  • Update official records to reflect inventory, movement and relief of stewardship through shipment, transfer, loss, disposal through objective evidence obtained from incoming and outgoing shipping documentation, authorized transfer documents (DD1149, contract mod), excess property reports, guard gate logs, metrology reports, etc.

  • Support internal and external property audits.

  • Adhere and perform to Organizational Goals and receives general guidance on how to accomplish them.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SAP and eQuip.

  • Data entry in databases.

  • Support Tool Crib as a backup.

  • Collaborate with others in a cross-functional manner to accomplish duties/assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Typically requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.

  • In lieu of degree, High School diploma or GED and 4 years of directly related experience is preferred. Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.
