Job Description:

• Assign tasks to workers, maintain employee schedules, and interview and train new employees

• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensure proper maintenance, and troubleshoot machine issues

• Monitor the production process to ensure products meet specifications, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• Identify ways to improve efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow

• Address complaints and resolve problems, and respond to issues or emergencies promptly
