PARC COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP FOUNDATION Operations Supervisor in CLEARFIELD, Utah
Primary Duties

Performs a variety of warehousing duties, including verifying materials against receiving documents; noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages; routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods. Takes physical count on all material to ensure the balance is reconciled with the accounting monetary inventory.
Manage kitting operations - pull inventory items to be kitted, quality assurance check of final product before shipping, palletizing completed kits and shrink wrap and label all kits to be shipped. Create and maintain current information on all kit labels.
Manage on site laundry operations - receiving/shipping items, document daily pounds to be cleaned by customer.
Rearranges and takes inventory of stored materials; examining stored materials and reporting deterioration, damage or loss; removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment.
Support contract logistics through ordering supplies, pick up and delivery, maintaining quality and procedures currently in place and training to new processes and procedures.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist with fleet maintenance - scheduling repairs and installation of minor equipment, keeping mileage logs, repair records, registrations, and reports up to date.
Assist in developing new kits, promoting other warehousing opportunities.
Provide all documentation for shipments/receiving to accounting for entries into software accounting program.
Serve as backup logistical support for all contracts.
Unloading/loading of trucks at dock with forklift as requested.
Maintain clean office/work area.
Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications: Education, Experience and Certification(s)
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required. Must be completed within 6 months of hire
Four years of previous experience in warehouse, custodial, laundry operations required.
Two years previous related supervisory experience required.
Prior experience working with adults with disabilities preferred.
Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation to perform work-related travel required. Eligible drivers must have a good motor vehicle record (MVR).
Pass and maintain a Department of Human Services background clearance required.
Forklift experience and certification preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A self-directed individual with excellent time management skills.
Organized with a strong commitment to a high level of service and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to become familiar with corporate specific programs and software. Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word required. Skills test required.
