BAE Systems Intelligence Analyst II in Clarksburg, West Virginia

Job Description

Join BAE Systems Intelligence and Security sector and be a part of a team who provides critical intelligence research and analysis that helps keep our country safe. We are searching for an Intelligence Analyst to provide Watchlisting and encounter management identity resolution support for an important government customer. In this role, responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Serves as a leader and subject matter expert in relation to identity resolution, review and data integrity processes.

  • Provides operational support to all aspects of terrorist watchlisting nominations, including the nominations review and approval process.

  • Responding to difficult information requests that often involve using fragmented information and conducting complicated searches of various database systems.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor s Degree and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience. Relevant experience areas include: watchlisting, identity analysis, intelligence, law enforcement, military, or national security.

  • Must have a current Top Secret clearance and be able to complete a CI polygraph.

  • Shall quickly develop knowledge of the organization s overall structure, missions, functions, policies, and programs.

  • Shall have expert ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing,

  • Shall quickly develop knowledge of relationships with other programs and key administrative support functions within the organization or partner agencies.

  • Shall perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Shall have knowledge and skills applying analytical and evaluative techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems of a procedural or factual nature. The issues or problems deal with readily observable conditions, written guidelines covering work methods and procedures such as performance and production standards, and information of a factual nature.

  • Shall have knowledge of the theory and principles of management and organization, including administrative practices and procedures common to organizations, such as those pertaining to areas of responsibility, channels of communication, delegation of authority, routing of correspondence, filing systems, and storage of files and records.

  • Shall have knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques such as: literature search; work measurement; task analysis and job structuring; productivity charting; determining staff to workload ratios; organizational design; space planning; development and administration of questionnaires; flowcharting of work processes; graphing; and calculation of means, modes, standard deviations, or similar statistical measures.

  • Shall be able to demonstrate ability to consistently and appropriately apply complex direction, including standard operating procedures and operations manuals documentation as well as appropriate oral and written guidance received.

  • Shall have excellent oral and written communications skills to conduct work and discuss findings and recommendations. Shall have skills in conducting interviews with supervisors and employees to obtain information about organizational missions, functions, and work procedures.

  • Shall perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $50580 - $85950

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
