Job Title: Field Operations EngineerJob Description

The Field Operations Engineer provides technical service and support on water purification equipment. This role involves working alongside the Field Service Technician to deepen your understanding of high purity water systems and customer sites. Responsibilities include collecting technical information, documenting details, assisting in troubleshooting systems, providing solution recommendations, helping with costing and quoting of services, and collaborating on new system installations and startups. Additionally, you will partner with the engineering team to ensure documentation aligns with standardization goals.
