Position Summary

This professional position supports the global total rewards team in the day-to-day analysis, execution and communication of programs and policies related to global Total Rewards. This colleague will have exposure and interaction across the Total Rewards team, including Performance Management, Development, Talent Acquisition and Benefits.

Specific Accountabilities

  • Understand the day-to-day matters within rewards that can be better understood with data, compile and analyze data and develop clear visualizations to convey complicated information in a straightforward fashion

  • Identify gaps, anomalies, and data points to help continuously improve our Total Rewards programs, and support lessons learned activities

  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to manage global background screening process, including vendor management, systems support and program administration

  • Provide support to global Performance management programs

  • Provide support to Recognition programs

  • Responsible to maintain global Talent Acquisition budget administration

  • Manage onboarding platform

  • Responsible for the talent acquisition data analytics. Continuous improvement of reporting, provide data in meaningful formats to drive decisions, collect feedback from HRBP, Managers, candidates to improve experience.

  • Support hourly workforce Rewards processes

  • May perform additional duties as assigned

What we are looking for

Required Skills and Experience

  • Ideal candidate is curious, a self-starter, fast learner, and always thinks customer first

  • A constructive, problem-solving approach to obstacles that tactfully holds self and others accountable

  • must have excellent analytical and technical skills to process and interpret data

  • Strong Presentation skills – verbal communication

  • 0-1 year of work in Human Resources, experience in rewards, talent, or compensation a plus

  • Strong project planning, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work across cultures, flexibility on work schedule to work with international colleagues and vendors when required

  • Self-directed time management skills and the ability to organize and prioritize own workload

  • Able to work to a high level of accuracy

  • Willingness and proven ability to learn new software

  • Ability to multi-task and both organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and drive for continuous improvement

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.

  • Knowledge of total rewards programs is preferred

Working Relationships

• Reports to Director, Total Rewards

• Working relationships across Global Human Resources team, 3 rd party vendors, Finance and Controllership and Legal

Work Environment

• Travel requirements – Minimum

• Physical requirements – Typical office

• May require meetings outside normal business hours to coordinate with global partners
