Descripción del trabajo
Vende un subconjunto de productos o servicios directamente o a través de socios a un gran número de cuentas con nombre en territorio mexicano, enfocado en el área del Sector Público.
Responsabilidades
La tarea principal es vender productos de software de aplicaciones y servicios relacionados en un territorio definido. Identifica, califica y cierra nuevas oportunidades. Gestiona cuentas que incluyen todo el proceso de ventas, desde la prospección y las especificaciones de desarrollo empresarial hasta las negociaciones de contratos, la firma y el soporte post-venta. Aprovecha el modelo de ventas de Oracle para maximizar el crecimiento de los ingresos y aumentar la cuota de mercado local. Genera y amplía los ingresos y la autosuficiencia de los partners comerciales.
Calificaciones
Colaborador líder individualmente y como miembro del equipo, proporcionando dirección y orientación a otros. El trabajo no es rutinario y es muy complejo, lo que implica la aplicación de habilidades técnicas / comerciales avanzadas en el área de especialización. 8 años de experiencia aplicable que incluye al menos 5 años de experiencia en ventas de tecnología se centran en las aplicaciones. Capacidad para prever, gestionar gastos de ventas y cerrar con éxito nuevos negocios de Oracle. Habilidades de desarrollo empresarial, prospección y presentación. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de resolución de problemas. Registro comprobado de logro de superación de objetivo de ventas y desarrollo de territorio/cuenta. Experiencia como punto focal para clientes en todas las ventas y temas relacionados. Conocimiento de Oracle o de la competencia de Oracle. El viaje puede ser necesario. Licenciatura o equivalente. Necesidad de conocer y comprender los procesos del sector público.

Job description
Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts in Mexican territory, focus on Public Sector area.
Responsibilities
Primary job duty is to sell applications software products and related services in a defined territory. Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities. Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share. Builds and expands business partner revenue and self-sufficiency.
Qualifications
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience including at least 5 years of technology sales experience focus on applications. Ability to forecast, manage sales expenses, and successfully close new Oracle business. Business development, prospecting and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability. Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding sales objective and territory/account development. Experience as the focal point for clients for all sales and related issues. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent. Need to know and understand Public Sector processes.
