Job Description
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Customer Marketing Program Manager to join our team. This medium to senior-level position is responsible for engaging with our sales team and customers to create impactful stories that illustrate how our technology solutions are being utilized. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships.
This position is focused on building relationships and delighting our customers through impactful stories, including referrals, testimonials, references, videos, to be published in several media channels; identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities; and increasing loyalty and retentions. Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Work closely with the sales team to identify key customers and opportunity areas for creating engaging narratives that showcase the effective use of our technology solutions.
Story Development: Conduct in-depth interviews with customers to gather insights and success stories, transforming these into compelling case studies and marketing materials that demonstrate value.
Project Management: Oversee the entire content creation process, from initial customer interviews to final publication, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, working to understand their needs, challenges, and successes related to our technology offerings.
Sales Collaboration: Equip the sales team with relevant marketing materials that highlight customer usage and success stories, supporting their efforts in driving new business.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of customer marketing initiatives, utilizing insights and feedback to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in customer marketing, account management, or a related field, with a focus on technology solutions.
Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in solving customer challenges.
Proficient interviewing and storytelling skills that can capture customer experiences effectively.
Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successfully managing multiple initiatives and deadlines.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform marketing strategies.
Critical-thinker and problem-solver are relevant skills to this position.
