Job Description:

The Change Management Director will be responsible for driving successful organizational transformations by developing and implementing a comprehensive change management strategy. This role will oversee the change management team, analyze change impact, craft communication plans, and partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and employee adoption of new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide change management strategy. Foster a culture of change within the organization, promoting adaptability and acceptance of new processes.

  • Manage and mentor the change management team, ensuring effective delivery of change initiatives. Assess the potential impact of organizational changes and create mitigation plans.

  • Conduct change readiness assessments and design communication plans to achieve employee buy-in. Collaborate with project leaders and stakeholders to integrate change management into project lifecycles.

  • Develop and deliver training programs to equip leaders with the skills to navigate change effectively.

  • Monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience leading change management initiatives in complex organizations.

  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks.

  • Change Management training and certification from Prosci, CCMP or similar institutions

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in change management software and tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to travel as needed

Nice to Haves:

  • Six Sigma training and certification is an advantage

  • Project Management training and certification is an advantage
