Duties include:

• Providing up-to-date knowledge on credit union products and services to members and potential members and opening new membership accounts
• Processing all member transaction requests
• Answering all incoming calls in a professional, timely and courteous manner
• Following security and compliance guidelines
• Establishing mobile banking and bill pay services for members
• Accurately handling a cash drawer
