Description

We are offering a receptionist role in the healthcare industry, specifically located in Chula Vista, California. This role involves a wide range of administrative duties, including assisting with phone applications and timekeeping systems, maintaining employee records, and providing excellent customer service. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in completing necessary tasks related to employment and explain internal processes to healthcare workers.

• Address and resolve concerns from healthcare workers and clients, directing them to the appropriate contact when necessary.

• Assist healthcare workers with phone applications and telephony systems.

• Provide training and guidance to healthcare workers on the company's time and attendance system.

• Assist with timekeeping issues such as missed punches and punch errors.

• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

• Welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.

• Assist all callers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.

• Utilize various skills including answering a multi-line phone system, customer service, data entry, email correspondence, interpersonal skills, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, organizing files, and scheduling appointments.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience as a Receptionist, preferably in the healthcare/NHS industry

• Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system

• Exceptional customer service skills, with a patient and empathetic approach

• Experience with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records

• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to schedule appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
