Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Become an expert in understanding and implementing the Payroll product suite

• Providehealthcare industryperspective for customer business requirements ensuring leading practices are maintained to reflect new industry requirements and trends

• UnderstandWorkday\'s Implementation Methodologyand use it on all engagements

• Participate in regular training to expand product knowledge with each new Workday release

• Attend and lead events to share experience and solutions with other consultants; acting as a mentor and coach

• Communicate status to multiple Engagement Managers on different projects to keep them informed of overall project status, risks, and major decisions

• Share knowledge gained with the all other consultants and the wider partner ecosystem

About You

Basic Qualifications (P4)

• 5+ years of functional consulting experience in Payroll and/or Time Tracking within a Healthcare arena

Other Qualifications

• Proven project management experience; ability to balance multiple initiatives and project timelines and prioritize responsibilities

• Technical experience configuring systems, converting data, and solutions testing

• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training

• Healthcare industry experience required (project experience or working directly in industry)

• Exposure to Scheduling systems in Healthcare

• Ability to travel up to 50% to support customers

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are a must, including active listening and the ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences.

• Strong industry knowledge is essential, including staying abreast of current trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments to contribute to strategic planning, risk management, and identifying new opportunities.

• Strong influencing skills, including persuasive communication and the ability to drive consensus and effectively collaborate with stakeholders, are crucial.
