The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics team you enhance the Icertis CLM platform, aligning it with strategic goals and integrating seamlessly with other systems. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You drive platform improvements, implement AI capabilities, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards while fostering collaboration and innovation.
Responsibilities
Lead the enhancement of the Icertis CLM platform to align with strategic objectives
Guide teams in implementing AI capabilities and platform enhancements
Facilitate seamless integration of the platform with other systems
Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team
Mentor junior staff in strategic planning and client account management
Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and risk management
Drive continuous improvements and inspire innovative solutions
Support contract authoring and automation processes
What You Must Have
High School Diploma
6 years of experience in contract management, CLM platforms, or enterprise systems integration
What Sets You Apart
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Law preferred
Advanced certifications or studies in paralegal or contracting disciplines are a plus
Managing Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management platform
Collaborating with senior leadership and key stakeholders
Leading AI capabilities implementation within Icertis CLM
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies
Managing projects in a managed services environment
Navigating complex, matrixed environments

The salary range for this position is: $73,000 - $240,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
