In addition, you will serve as a Finance Business Partner, collaborating closely with other departments to support their financial needs and align their strategies with the company\'s growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

- - Drive action from key stakeholders including department leaders and the Executive Leadership Team. Provide recommendations and analysis to support key decision-making processes - Enforce data integrity, accuracy and governance in financial and management reporting - Lead and develop a team by effectively prioritizing and delegating to ensure timely completion of deliverables - Provide coaching and career development opportunities to direct reports - Collaborate with various departments to understand their financial needs, provide guidance on financial matters, and provide support as a Business Partner - Ownership of the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop, refine and monitor department-specific budgets. Ensure budgets align with overall corporate goals and vision. - Manage accurate and timely financial forecasts, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and working with leadership to develop strategies to mitigate them. - Monitor and control Business Unit and Department costs and identify cost-savings opportunities and efficiencies.

Requirments

- - 10 + years of financial experience with a focus on financial planning and analysis - 3 - 5+ years of managerial experience, with a strong track record as a people manager and cross-functional leader - Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent; CPA or relevant master\'s degree preferred. - Experience in preparing / presenting to C-Level executives and key stakeholders. Ability to narrate complex financial details through professional visualization and presentation skill sets. - The ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks accordingly, and meeting the expectations of multiple stakeholders, in a fast-paced environment. - Articulate actionable data-driven insights by leveraging BI tools and storytelling techniques
