Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in the Healthcare industry for a Data Analyst role that is 100% remote (working EST hours). This role will involve ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data within our healthcare databases, working closely with various stakeholders, and addressing potential data issues.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the daily operations related to the Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI) are completed efficiently.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve issues such as duplicates, overlays, overlaps, and other data integrity problems within the designated national or facility timeframe.

• Monitor task queues for data integrity issues, ensuring timely and accurate remediation.

• Support patient care by prioritizing and resolving escalated potential duplicates.

• Address interface errors to ensure the proper establishment of the patient in the registration systems and acute/ambulatory electronic health records.

• Collaborate with information technologies on application(s) stability including upgrade testing, implementations, and general maintenance.

• Utilize Microsoft tools to perform data analysis and create dashboards.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly in relation to data analysis and management

• Experience with data analysis within healthcare data OR EMPI/HIM

• Experience in creating dashboards to effectively present data

• Strong skills in Data Analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide insights
