Minimum qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical engineering or similar
• Proficiency in MS office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple projects
• Attention to detail
• Capacity to lead team-based projects

Preferred qualifications

• Manufacturing experience related to sheet-metal stamping and welding
• Process-oriented background
• Familiarity with video-conferencing platforms
• 5 to 7 years of experience within industry

Role responsibilities

• Manage projects from time of job-award through AQP, Production, and Service phases
• Point of contact between customer engineering and Schaller team
• Support review of tool designs, manufacturing process design, and gage designs
• Support buy-off of tools and manufacturing processes
• Lead cross-departmental AQP meetings
• Develop project timelines and track progress against key milestones

Wages

• Wages commensurate with experience

• Base wage will be reviewed after 90 days of employment
