With our ongoing growth, we are looking to have an experienced CMM Programmer / Operator join our team.
CMM Programmer / Operator Job Description:
- Write inspection programs using PC-DMIS.
Perform part layouts, capability studies, GRR & gage inspections.
CMM Programmer / Operator Requirements:
- Proficient with PC-DMIS, Datapage, GD&T and Statistics.
- Able to write, edit & debug CMM measurement programs.
- Ability to use hand tools such as calipers, micrometers & height gage/indicator.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 - 5 years minimum experience programming a CMM using PC-DMIS.
- Working knowledge of geometry and trigonometry.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills (both verbally & written).
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Must be highly motivated, able to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment.
- Deal with multiple tasks, perform complex and varied tasks with a strong attention to detail.
Self-starter able to work alone and in groups.

CMM Programmer / Operator Wages:
- Wages commensurate with experience.
- Shift premium for Afternoon shift.
- Base wage will be reviewed after 90 Days of employment.
Overtime may be required.

The inspection lab is adjacent to a stamping shop, where the associate is exposed to potentially hazardous equipment and moderate to high noise levels, both requiring the use of protective equipment in order to ensure the safety of the associate.
