Responsibilities:

• Electrical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical issues in the facility, including PLCs, AC drives, and HMIs.

• Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and prevent unexpected breakdowns.

• Installation: Install and modify electrical components and control systems as needed.

• Project Assistance: Support electrical engineers with capital projects and other large-scale initiatives.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and updates in the Asset Essentials program.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Collaboration: Work with mechanical technicians and other team members to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience with electrical equipment and components.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs, AC drives, HMIs, and other electrical systems.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to perform precise and accurate work.

• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.

• Certification: Must be able to maintain a forklift license issued by Mitsubishi12.

Work Environment:

• Industrial Setting: Typically involves working in a manufacturing facility with exposure to temperature changes and moving equipment.

• Safety Gear: Required to wear safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and an air-purifying respirator.
