We are hiring a Product Owner, oversees the development of AI solution, ensuring the product meets customer needs. They prioritize and manage the product backlog to balance technical feasibility and user-centric design, enhancing overall user satisfaction and engagement. Set the direction for this key initiative, defining and overseeing the product roadmap and facilitate user-driven development.

What is the job about?

Overall, your tasks will cover:

  • Define the product in customer-centric terms, add the definitions to the product backlog, and prioritizes them based on importance, and limit/remove dependencies

  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders

  • Work closely with the business to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and customer needs

  • Ordering the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions

  • Accountable for clearly expressed Product Backlog items (e.g. facilitate the process)

  • Optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs

  • Communication between key stakeholders, development team, customers and end-users

  • Have an essential role supporting the scrum master in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Sprint Goals

  • Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Scrum Team will work on next

  • Ensuring the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant areas with at least 8-10 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product development, particularly with UX and AI solutions.

  • Proven track record in product management with a focus on overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with the product vision and goals

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent experience.

  • Deep understanding of product design, requirement breakdown and specification

  • Experience with Azure DevOps or other task and requirements management tool.

  • Good communication skills both orally and in written English

  • Knowledge and experience within product design toolbox e.g business model canvas, empathy maps, story mapping etc.

  • Able to apply agile values and principles

  • Able to facilitate product design work
