Amazon Global Logistics in China is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, product & program manager and carrier specialists actively participating in Amazon's international expansion goals. We are seeking some highly motivated individuals who are interested in providing best-in-class logistics service to customers.

Key job responsibilities

• Generate hot leads through call down service and Email direct messages.

• Help and accelerate new selling partners to complete business and compliance onboarding.

• Daily answer selling partners’ query through WeCom, phone and email, solve selling partners’ issue on onboard, convert and logistics operation.

• Following SOP and other requirement to validate data/information provided by customer.

• Key in the data/information in system. Make sure the data/information in system is correct and align with SOP/requirement.

• Be responsible to help selling partners place first shipment.

• Build/refine process to increase work efficiency and drive onboard result.

• Additional duties assigned by leadership.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Great interest in customer development and management.

• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.

• Proficiency in office software.

• 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarder, cross-border logistics or import/export brokerage.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, prioritize workloads.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous working experience with sales operation in cross-border e-commerce logistics or traditional forwarder industry.

• 3+ years of experience in freight forwarder, cross-border logistics or import/export brokerage.

• Proficiency in creating dashboard, optimizing processes with related working experience.

• Data analysis skills with experience by leveraging Excel/SQL/Python
