In 2017, we stood up a team in China to drive the awareness, activation, and now continued success of Asia-based crossborder sellers advertising in worldwide 21 marketplaces (North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and International Marketplaces) via full funnel marketing - brand campaign, strategic events, compelling content and insights, social and digital, scaled education, and product business marketing. We are looking for a customer-obsessed driving force behind creating marketing demand, igniting and fueling business growth through effective marketing efforts. This is a critical position, and your efforts will directly contribute to expanding the advertiser base, driving business growth, and facilitating product improvements.

  • Develop and implement strong, integrated marketing programs to drive full funnel of Amazon Ads brand from awareness, brand perception and specific marketing programs.

  • Build cross-team omni-channel marketing program with a mix of content marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, and webinars to drive new business opportunities and revenue. Develop operating mechanism and work closely with stakeholders to plan and deliver marketing campaigns.

  • Design and implement lead nurturing programs to engage and nurture prospects of Amazon advertisers, ensuring a seamless transition from marketing-qualified leads to sales-qualified leads.

  • Analyze campaign performance data, interpret metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize demand generation efforts. Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting on new program user acquisition, lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions

  • Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery

  • Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)

  • Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives

  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
