Chautauqua Institution Chef(Special Events)/Seasonal Employment in Chautauqua, New York
Responsible for food planning, organizing and production. Supervises and participates in cooking, baking and the preparation of foods. Manages the work of kitchen employees. Assists the Executive Chef with menu planning, inventory, and managing of supplies. 1-5+ years combined Chef education/experience required. Special Events provides event service for weddings, banquets, conferences, and special occasion celebrations. Seasonal employment (summer).
Minimum Salary: 19.00 Maximum Salary: 22.00 Salary Unit: Hourly
